The caves in the Ach Valley are considered the cradle of human art. Even today, we can still find traces of Ice Age humans there, as well as the first figurative art ever created! From the Brillenhöhle cave, the circular trail winds through the rock labyrinth and past the Kissing Pig to the Günzelburg ruins. A narrow path leads up to the Geißenklösterle (Geißen Monastery). From the Schillerstein viewpoint, you can enjoy a sweeping view over the Blautal valley and the Alb mountains. Before the climb to the Geißenklösterle (Geißen Monastery), a detour to the Hohle Fels (Hollow Rock) in Schelklingen is worthwhile (3 km).
