Between the Danube and the Lone Valley

Langenau an der Donau, the town of springs, mills, and storks. Langenau is beautifully situated on the edge of the Swabian Alb, between the Danube wetlands and the Lone Valley, which is world-famous for its UNESCO World Heritage caves. Anyone who loves activities amidst stunning natural scenery will find themselves right at home here. But the town center also invites visitors to linger and relax. In addition to numerous hiking trails and guided city tours, other leisure activities such as the regional water supply system and the nauBad (a local swimming pool) attract tourists.
