Originally built in the 13th century as three-aisled Gothic basilica The church was rebuilt in the Baroque style in the 18th century and today displays magnificent wall and ceiling paintings. numerous side altars, some of them elaborately decorated, show, among other things, a putto attributed to the sculptor Anton Feichtmayr.
