Maximilian Bridge

I'm lucky enough to live in a beautiful area. Every morning, I cycle to work from the north bank of the former Altmühl (Main-Danube Canal) to the south bank of the Danube. It may sound far, but it's less than 2 km. Every day, the view from the Maximilian Bridge upstream is a little different. If I'm very early, sometimes there's fog over the Danube or over the Befreiungshalle; sometimes the Befreiungshalle is already illuminated by the sun, but it hasn't yet risen in the valley. I enjoy this view every day as I cycle over the bridge.
