The open-air museum "HAUS im MOOS" showcases the harsh lives of the earliest settlers in the unique cultural landscape of the "Donaumoos" (Danube Moor) within historic museum buildings. A herd of European bison lives here as "landscape managers" and is part of the Donaumoos development plan. A museum restaurant with a beer garden invites visitors to linger.
