The Danube Guides are trained to present the Danube as an exciting, sustainable, and environmentally conscious experience to various target groups. Thanks to transnational training, the guides are located in six countries along the Danube (Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Romania). Their specialty lies in their specialized knowledge of the interactions between people and the environment, more sustainable development, ecosystems, social trends, and much more. They also have the ability to share this knowledge using modern methods and communication channels. The Danube Guides offer exciting tours along the Danube and its surroundings, which, away from mainstream tourism, provide a wonderful insight into the unique nature, culture, and history of the Danube.
In Germany there are Danube Guides in Tuttlingen, Ulm, Neuburg ad Donau, Ingolstadt and Passau.
